1ST AND 2ND SHIFT WELDERS!

UPI Manufacturing is seeking experienced, motivated welders to join our team operating in a progressive, friendly, state of the art manufacturing facility in Eagle, WI.

Qualified candidates must have 5 years recent experience in a Fitting/Welding role & have ample knowledge of AWS welding codes.  UPI offers a significant off-shift premium.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years minimum MIG/TIG welding experience

• ABILITY TO: *Read prints & interpret weld symbols
• Setup welding equipment & build simple fixtures
• Use measuring tools, i.e. calipers, fillet gages, tape measure
• Follow work instructions & work in a team environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs & stand for the entire shift.

Compensation: $19-$24 per hour based on talent and experience

UPI is a Christian based award winning manufacturer of Military Components.

UPI is looking to expand our Assembly department by adding a new general laborer. If you are a motivated self-starter who is not afraid of hard work, consider becoming part of our team!

Some of the duties of this new position will be: operating a fork truck, packaging product, building wooden crates, assembling products, counting products, using basic hand tools and deburring metal parts. Some requirements are standing for 90% of the work day and the ability to lift at least 40lbs.

The new position will be first shift, full time with weekend work (overtime) occasionally required.

Fork truck and hand tool experience are a plus, but not required

Starting at $10.00 - $12.00 /hr depending in experience and qualification.

2ND SHIFT CNC OPERATORS!

UPI Manufacturing is seeking highly motivated individuals with good attitudes to join our team!

Qualified Candidates must have a CNC machine operation background with at least 1 year experience and a

High School diploma or GED.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Ability to operate FANUC controlled CNC machining centers

• Load and unload parts

• Occasionally change tooling

• Makes adjustments as needed

• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment and document inspection data

• Clean and organize work area

• De-burring parts with file or grinder, as needed

• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. occasionally

• Experience in G and M code a plus!

• Responsible for identifying and moving all finished products to the proper location.

• Attentiveness to details with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast--paced environment

• Must be a self-starter

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and procedure manuals

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

• Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations

• Ability to walk, stand, use hands and fingers.

• Candidates must submit to a pre-employment drug screening

UPI Manufacturing is seeking highly motivated individuals with good attitudes to join our team!

Qualified candidates must have strong metal press forming and/or laser setup and operate experience with a basic fabrication background with a minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment.  Programming experience desired but willing to train the right individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Adjust and operate a computer controlled laser cutting machine and/or press brake

• Load and unload parts

• Move loads in and out of laser area and dumps skeleton and scrap hoppers

• Makes adjustments as needed

• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment and document inspection data

• Clean and organize work area

• De-burring parts with file or grinder, as needed

• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. occasionally

• Experience in die change over a plus

• Responsible for identifying and moving all finished products to the proper location.

• Attentiveness to details with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast--paced environment

• Must be a self-starter

• Other duties as required

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and a High School diploma or GED

• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and procedure manuals

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

• Ability to walk, stand, use hands and fingers.
